  15. After years of happy Icon hacking I finally tried to access
  16. ftp.cs.arizona.edu from home, through my ISP, instead of from my
  17. university, and all I could get was something like this:

  19.   530-Our FTP server will only grant access to those machines
  20.   530-whose IP address can be mapped to a hostname.
  21.   530-Unfortunately, we're unable to map your IP address 200.240.18.28 to a
  22.   530-hostname in the DNS (Domain Name Service).  This is probably
  23.   ...

  25. What should I do? Tell my friends that Icon isn't a dying language,
  26. it's just depressed and doesn't want to see anybody except the doctor
  27. and some old friends? Or start describing Icon as a "well-kept
  28. secret"? OK, I could start using ftpmail, but it's very inconvenient...
